I just went and was amazed at all the new items on the California Pizza Kitchen menu. I have always loved the food and now there are even more entrees, drinks, and desserts for me to try. This place is one of my favorite restaurants in town.

The California Pizza Kitchen menu includes several other new dishes. I have not tried it yet but the baby clam linguine with lemon cream sauce looks great. The lemon cream sauce seems light and the combination of white wine, red pepper flakes, basil, and Parmesan cheese creates a fresh dish with a kick of spice. There is also another baby clam linguine dish that looks good, this one featuring Italian tomatoes.
Sandwiches are the other California Pizza Kitchen menu items that I usually order. The California club sandwich is a new one and it features either grilled chicken or oven roasted turkey breast. In between the Foccaccia bread are the meat, smoke bacon, roma tomatoes, lettuce, fresh avocado, and mayonnaise. I choose to have mine with a Caesar salad but you can also select soup or the Szechuan slaw. My friend tried the new cranberry walnut chicken salad sandwich and she loved it, so sandwiches get the thumbs up from us.
